This Privacy Policy explains how Purely.AI Technologies ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and discloses information about you when you use our website, mobile application, and other online products and services (collectively, the "Service").

We are committed to protecting your privacy. By using the Service, you consent to the data practices described in this policy. If you do not agree with the data practices described in this Privacy Policy, you should not use the Service.

The Service uses YouTube API Services, and our use and transfer of any YouTube-related data is governed by this Privacy Policy.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information You Provide to Us

We collect information you provide directly to us. For example, we collect information when you create an account, fill out a form, request customer support, or otherwise communicate with us.

• Account Information: When you register for an account, we collect your name, email address, and password. We store passwords in a hashed format and do not have access to your actual password.
• Google Sign-In: You may sign in using Google. We use Google's standard OpenID Connect scopes (openid, email, and profile). On sign-in, we receive and store your name, email address, a Google-assigned identifier, and your Google profile picture URL.
• User Content: We collect the images (thumbnails), titles, and other text you upload for analysis. This is the core data required to provide our Service.
• Payment Information: If you make a purchase, we collect information necessary to process the transaction. Note that we do not store your full credit card details. All payment transactions are processed by our secure third-party payment partner, DodoPayments.
• Communications: If you contact us directly, we may receive additional information about you such as your name, email address, phone number, the contents of the message and/or attachments you may send us, and any other information you may choose to provide.

2.2 Information We Collect Automatically

When you access or use our Service, we automatically collect information about you, including:

• Usage Data: We collect information about your activity on our Service, such as the pages you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages, and other diagnostic data.
• Device Information: We collect information about the device you use to access the Service, including the hardware model, operating system and version, unique device identifiers, and mobile network information.
• Log Information: We collect standard server logs, including your IP address, browser type, referring/exit pages, and operating system.

3. YouTube API Services

The Service uses YouTube API Services. When you submit a YouTube video URL for analysis, we access the YouTube Data API to retrieve public information about that video and its channel, which may include the video title, thumbnail image, channel title and ID, view count, duration, subscriber count, video count, topic categories, and channel country and language.

We do not access your personal YouTube account data, watch history, playlists, subscriptions, or any other private information from your YouTube account.

Thumbnails, titles, and video IDs you submit are stored as described in the User Content clause of this policy. Google's handling of data collected through its services is described in the Google Privacy Policy.

4. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for various purposes, including to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve our Service;
• Process transactions and send you related information, including confirmations, receipts, and invoices;
• Send you technical notices, updates, security alerts, and support and administrative messages;
• Respond to your comments, questions, and requests and provide customer service;
• Monitor and analyze trends, usage, and activities in connection with our Service;
• Detect, investigate, and prevent fraudulent transactions and other illegal activities and protect the rights and property of Purely.AI Technologies and others;
• Train and Improve AI Models: We explicitly use the User Content (thumbnails and titles) you upload to train, test, and improve our machine learning algorithms and artificial intelligence models. This helps us provide more accurate predictions and better features for all users.
• Analyze YouTube Content: We use the video and channel metadata retrieved through YouTube API Services to evaluate thumbnails and titles and to generate suggestions and insights for you.

5. Sharing of Information

We may share information about you as follows or as otherwise described in this Privacy Policy:

• With Service Providers: We share personal information with third-party vendors, consultants, and other service providers who need access to such information to carry out work on our behalf. This includes:
  • AI Providers: We use third-party AI services (such as OpenAI and Anthropic) to process your images and text for analysis.
  • Payment Processors: We use DodoPayments to process payments securely.
  • Hosting and Infrastructure: We use cloud providers to host our Service and store data.
• For Legal Reasons: We may disclose information if we believe disclosure is in accordance with, or required by, any applicable law or legal process, including lawful requests by public authorities to meet national security or law enforcement requirements.
• Business Transfers: We may share or transfer your information in connection with, or during negotiations of, any merger, sale of company assets, financing, or acquisition of all or a portion of our business to another company.
• With Your Consent: We may share your information with your consent or at your direction.

Third-Party Advertisements: We do not display third-party advertisements within the Service.

6. Data Retention

We store the information we collect about you for as long as is necessary for the purpose(s) for which we originally collected it. We may retain certain information for legitimate business purposes or as required by law.

Specifically regarding User Content (thumbnails): We may retain this data indefinitely to build our historical dataset for training and improving our AI models, unless you explicitly request deletion of your account and data.

7. Data Security

We take reasonable measures to help protect information about you from loss, theft, misuse, and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. We use encryption (SSL/TLS) to protect data transmitted to and from our site. However, no internet transmission or electronic storage method is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your data.

8. Your Rights and Choices

8.1 Account Information

You may update, correct, or delete your account information at any time by logging into your account settings. If you wish to delete your account entirely, or to request deletion of the data we hold about you (including User Content such as thumbnails, titles, and video IDs you have submitted), please contact us at support@purely.ai, but note that we may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

Because we use Google Sign-In and YouTube API Services, you may review and revoke our app's access to your Google account at https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions.

Please note that deleting data within our Service does not delete or modify any content on YouTube itself; actions you take in our app have no effect on the underlying YouTube videos or channels.

8.2 Cookies

We and our service providers may use cookies, web beacons, and similar technologies to operate and improve the Service, remember your preferences, and analyze usage. Most web browsers are set to accept cookies by default. If you prefer, you can usually choose to set your browser to remove or reject cookies. Please note that if you choose to remove or reject cookies, this could affect the availability and functionality of our Service.

9. International Data Transfers

Purely.AI Technologies is based in India. We may process and store your information in India and other countries. By using our Service, you consent to the transfer of your information to countries outside your country of residence, which may have different data protection rules than those of your country.

10. Children's Privacy

Our Service is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will take steps to delete such information.
